We have an experienced team of service workers that help us tackle any situation that may arise in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. 

Our services include an initial property assessment in which we do a walk through of the property with a professional in order to evaluate its current condition, at no additional cost. The homeowner is made aware of any existing or potential issues, both the interior and exterior of the home are inspected and assessed. For rentals, this is done to ensure that the property is maintained in an attractive condition and good state of repair.

 

We  perform weekly walk-through visits of your property, both inside and out, in which we are making sure everything is presentable, in good working condition, and that there are no issues to be addressed. We handle the coordination of any corrective or emergency maintenance that may be needed with the quality of the work always a top priority. We take care of  the coordination of existing services workers such as house cleaner, gardener and pool maintenance, making sure that work is being performed to standard and on a regular basis and manage the monthly payroll of your workers for you.

 

Paraiso del Mar property management provides monthly expense reports for homeowners, detailing any work performed and expenses incurred, and provides complete transparency with copies of all receipts.

 

We are also available to help arrange, supervise, or perform any special projects, such as interior design consultations, feng shui consultations and buying trips to purchase furniture or decor items.  We can also help acquire new linens or larger purchases of appliances, interior or exterior painting jobs, palapa and sea wall construction, or a full remodel. We can even stock your fridge for your arrival and coordinate airport pick up/drop off for you or your guests. Such projects are on a quote and/or per hour basis.
